Rincon Taurino specializes in a wide array of Mexican staples, and their tortas are not to be missed. If you’re in the mood for something with a bit more spice, try the Torta Al Pastor, where tender marinated pork is complemented by the same scrumptious toppings for an unforgettable punch of flavor.

For lighter fare, the delectable tacos and burritos stand out as local favorites, drawing customers like Frank Biermann, who praises their tacos and consommé, declaring it "typically great." Indeed, the meals here are not only delicious but also come at a reasonable price, with satisfying combos that make it easy to share. When the craving strikes for something vibrant, you can elevate your meal with refreshing Horchata or Jamaica Agua Fresca, both priced at $5.50, providing the perfect balance to spicy dishes.

However, whilst the food remains consistently delightful, a few recent reviews suggest that service can be a bit hit or miss. Customers like Adley Wadley have noted slower service and some concerns about portion sizes, yet many still come back for the flavor and experience that Rincon Taurino offers. Jake Ruiz elaborates on this, emphasizing the restaurant's authenticity as a true Mexican treasure compared to typical fast-food joints.

In addition to its inviting food and lively atmosphere, Rincon Taurino has plenty of charm to spare. This establishment is more than just a place to eat; it’s a community hub where food lovers gather to share stories and relish the experience of dining out. Whether it's the crispy fried onions accompanying the Costias Plate or the layers of vibrant flavors found in every dish, each visit promises a delightful adventure.

Been coming here a long time for their tacos and consommé. The food is typically great, as was this recent experience. Overall the food is decently priced as we spent $45 for all that is pictured and two drinks that were not photographed. Be sure to brush up on your high school Spanish before you come here, because you may have a difficult time ordering without it. It’s been a minute since I last ordered food in Spanish and it was a journey from stepping foot inside and getting the food into my mouth. After I sat down and was waiting for my food, did all the vocabulary come to me. I sat there kicking myself for butchering the language just a few minutes earlier. It is what it is. I used to come through here to get the menudo, but it didn’t sound like they sell that anymore. But they did have consommé de borrego, which was just as great. On top of it all, the decor inside is very enjoyable to look at.

I love coming here for the tacos and burritos. This used to be my hole in the wall taco joint. Especially these chorizo burrito. But the last time I went the portion of meat was smaller and rice and beans greater. Service too seemed to have slowed and not kept things in check. They let two couples just cut in front and my order too longer then expected.

Costias Plate best of the best fried onions great salsa and the beans epic. The tacos and Hugo's is what everyone comes here for. Real authentic place no taco bell madness here. There's 4 locations we always go to the one in LA . But in a pinch the one in Corona is were it's at. Legit we go to Mexico alot michucan ensanada and this place is bomb. A must try.

I have been going to Rincon for many years. Panorama City and La Puente until that one closed a while ago. I go to the Chino location since it’s the closest one to me now. The best Pastor around
